Aleco Selected to Provide Attractive, Energy Saving Impacdors^® for Focus Nashville

Aleco, with over 30 years experience as one of the largest manufacturers in the USA of impact doors, flexible doors, strips, and partitions has been chosen to provide impact doors for the new focus Nashville facility in Nashville, Tennessee.  Within a 12000 square foot center, Focus Nashville offers a fully equipped, commercial test kitchen designed to provide the ideal research environment for food service industry executives. The facility features accommodations for focus group participants to taste new recipes, as well as private viewing rooms for company representatives.

Aleco supplied two sets of doors for use and testing at the test kitchen. On the focus group side Aleco’s top of the line restaurant FS-500 Impacdor was selected.  This attractive door with a solid wood core and a durable, charcoal gray ABS finish features a reinforced metal spine and newly designed floor mounted exclusive helical hinges which allow smooth, effortless, two-way operation.  A burgundy RD-175 Impacdor was used for the kitchen side.  This ultra-light, 1 ¾” full thickness door features an insulating foam core and full perimeter seal which is designed to absorb kitchen odors and noises as well as increase energy efficiency.   The FS-500 and the RD-175 are easy to install and are available in a wide variety of colors to match any restaurant décor.
