Aleco® pan rack covers (models Super Economy Pan Rack Covers, Economy Pan Rack Covers , Standard Pan Rack Covers, and Heavy-Duty Pan Rack Covers ) have one continuous heavy duty zipper that runs up the left side and across the top. Unzipped, the front panel folds right and is secured in the open position with hook and loop fastener. Fast. Easy.
The pan rack cover is durable enough for food storage and transport and helps seal in bakery freshness. Keep your buns, bread and other bakery items oven fresh and sanitary while preventing odor absorption and freezer burn. Pan rack covers also keep food trays in place and contents “from the oven” fresh during transport.
Each pan rack cover comes with a pen to write on the clear plastic panel expiration times, destinations and more. A convenient pocket for pen storage is provided. Wipes clean with a moist towel. All rack covers measure 23” wide x 28” deep x 64” high and are designed for a baking rack or cake rack measuring 21” wide X 26” deep x 69” high.
