FREIGHT

All shipments freight collect, added to invoice or 3rd-party billed. ALECO quotes estimated freight charges only and cannot be held liable for actual fees charged by the carrier. We will ship via your carrier of choice whenever possible.

RETURNS

A return authorization number (RGA) must be obtained from our Customer Service Department before any goods may be returned. The authorization number must be clearly marked on the exterior of each carton returned. Returns are subject to a 30 percent (30%) restocking charge, as well as return freight.

Products custom manufactured to customer approved order specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unauthorized return shipments may be returned to shipper. All authorized returns should be shipped to:

MINIMUMS

All complete strip door units (with mounting hardware) listing for less than $60.00 will be subject to a minimum dealer net.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All shipments should be inspected for damage and/or shortage at the time of delivery. Damage and/or shortage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported to Aleco Customer Service within 24 hours in order to file a freight claim. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization issued by Aleco. To obtain a return authorization number, email sales@aleco.com.
