We do not provide fasteners due to the many types of building and door framing materials.

A Return Authorization Number (RGA) must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods may be returned. The authorization number must be clearly marked on the exterior of each carton returned. Returns are subject to a 30 percent (30%) restocking charge, as well as return freight.
Products custom manufactured to customer approved order specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unauthorized return shipments may be returned to shipper. All authorized returns should be shipped to:

Yes, Aleco sells impact doors for both industrial and food service applications.
A quoted price is good for 30 days.
“Standard Smooth” can withstand temperatures between -10° F and 150° F.
Low-Temp remains flexible in temperatures as low as -40° F.
Partitions usually ship in three weeks or less.
Opaque colors are available in yellow, green, blue, black, red, and white formulated from vinyl coated polyester nylon. Transparent colors available are clear, aztec orange, yellow and green. Click here to see color samples.
